It seems like Codebug is a collection of open source tools such as Python and Blockly
that have been connected to form a comprehensive ready-to-run system,
which is why I'm such a fan of it. Tethered mode running text has really
unleashed its power for me.
My question is, what is the open source component running in the PIC18
that allows Python to talk to the PIC and access its peripherals such as the LEDs and Colourstar?
I'd like to be able to do something similar and access 16 bit DACs for voltage.
Using photoresistors with the Colorstar has got me some ground,
but it's only 8 bit and I have to filter out the PWM noise.
